The Executive Pastor oversees business operations as well as provides oversight for the discipleship ministries of the church. Applicant will provide supervision for the building superintendent, financial administrator, and age-graded ministries. Additionally, this person will be responsible for human resources, building operations, public relations and discipleship. Applicant needs to be highly relational, task-oriented, able to work independently, be a team player, and be a strategic thinker.

Salary for this position is between $65K-80K based upon qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement contribution, paid holidays, and PTO.

Required qualifications include a Masters degree in Business Administration/related field or ministry field, or equivalent work experience; minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
