Hey Church Family!

If you’re reading this, it means that we have received the ‘all clear’ to return to regular worship, Bible study classes, Family Meeting, and weekly activities. There will need to be a few adjustments regarding building access while the remediation process is ongoing. All current entrances to the building will remain in use. However, access to the preschool suite and offices is currently restricted. This means that the exit from the worship center to the offices on the organ side wing, the double glass doors by the library and the double doors from the 1000 hallway leading to the choir suite and offices will be restricted and unavailable. The hallways leading to the library, preschool suite, offices, and choir suite will be off limits and in the restricted area. Please avoid entering this area due to its proximity to remediation work. Signs will be posted to restrict access.

All Bible Study Groups will meet in their regular rooms with the exception of the Seiber class, the Spanish Bible Study, the College Group, preschool and kinder. These classes will be relocated as follows:

Seiber Class - Worship Center, Drumside Wing

Spanish Bible Study - Room 770

College Ministry - Room 730

Infants - 2s - Room 550

3s and 4s - Room 410

Kindergarten - Room 440

Temporary office location and hours will remain in effect until all remediation and remodeling is complete in the office complex. Our temporary offices are located in the Youth Building and current temporary hours are Monday - Thursday, 9am-3pm and Friday, 9am-Noon.

Also as a reminder, we will be back on our regular worship schedule beginning this Sunday.

8:30am - Traditional Worship

9:45am - Bible Study Groups

11:00am - Contemporary Worship

6:00pm- Family Meeting in the Fellowship Hall
